Contractors who are working in Guernsey County providing these services must be registered with the health department before you begin any work in Guernsey County.
PLUMBERS Registration period is January 1 through December 31.
Master Plumber registration fee is $100.00
You must submit a copy or bring of copy of your state license to be eligible to register as a master plumber. You must be a master plumber to complete commercial plumbing services.
Associate Plumber registration fee is $95.00
This registration permits you to do residential plumbing services only. You must show proof of insurability of $500,000.00 made to the Cambridge Guernsey County Health Department and have an expiration corresponding to the calendar year (Dec 31).
Journeyman Plumber registration fee is $95.00
Apprentice Plumber registration fee is $50.00
SEWAGE PROGRAM Registration period is January 1 through December 31.
Sewage System Installer registration fee is $200.00 (requires continuing education hrs)

Service Provider registration fee is $200.00 (requires continuing education hrs)

Septage Hauler registration fee is $200.00 (requires continuing education hrs)

Septage Hauler Vehicle Permit registration fee of $100.00 for each vehicle.
TATTOO SERVICES Registration period is January 1 through December 31.
